Guideline: How to place an order?

 

The Kessy Beldi shop is reserved for resellers. The minimum order is 500 euros.

In order to place order, please follow these steps:

1. Choose the products you want to order and carefully respect packaging details. For instance, a product packaged per 6 pieces has to be order per 6 pieces or a multiple of 6 (6, 12, 18, etc.)

2. Once the products are selected, finalize your order by clicking on “View Cart” and then “Proceed to Checkout” and follow the process indicated.

3. Once finished, your order will be sent to us and we will contact you back by email as soon as possible with the proforma invoice and amount of shipping fees. We will also inform you in case any ordered products would not be immediately available, and we will send you our bank account details for payment.

4. You will then have to pay your order via bank transfer to our bank account in Morocco (possible transfer fees remaining the responsibility of the buyer), and send us the transfer proof by email.

5. Once we have received your payment, we will send the goods to you.
